Fees are based on hourly rates plus
costs. Daily or weekly rates
can be arranged for particularly large jobs. The turn around time for most
appraisals is typically one
to two weeks from conclusion of physical inspection, barring any unusual
circumstances. At least one week advance notification is requested for out of town work.
